Our introduction to Stûv Wood Burning Stoves began not with a brochure, but with a journey. In June, we travelled to Stûv HQ in Belgium to experience the brand up close — and what we discovered was far more than a range of beautiful stoves.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth.

Jean-François, greeted us with the words:

“Welcome to the family.”

And that wasn’t just a figure of speech.

The whole experience felt personal, considered, and deeply connected.

From the stunning in-house showroom to the shared dining table where the team gather for lunch, it was clear that Stûv is a company built around people — their team, their customers, and their community.

Training That Builds Confidence

We didn’t just look at the stoves — we learned them.

Our time at HQ included world-class technical training, where we worked alongside the team and had direct access to Fabian, the Head of Technical.

We were able to ask real installation questions, see the internal systems in action, and understand what makes Stûv stoves so efficient, reliable, and adaptable.

Also joining it is the Stûv 22/70 — a built-in model with a smooth, sliding glass door that disappears into the frame, offering a totally uninterrupted view of the fire.
