Return Policy

1. Returns We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

 

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at info@southwestwoodburners.co.uk with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

 

3. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

 

5. Exceptions Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
